It can get stuck on power cords and socks and have trouble moving between different surfaces, like carpet and hardwood.
iRobot recommends you clear out areas in which the i3+ EVO will vacuum before you use it, including clearing out any clutter or toys it may encounter. It's also an excellent idea to keep the dustbin and filter clean so that they aren't clogged by dirt. When the i3+ EVO's internal bin is full or the battery is low it goes back to its docking station and automatically empties its debris into the station's external dustbin, and then continues cleaning where it left off. We were also awestruck by the i7+'s compatibility with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ with these services. We were able, once connected, to give voice commands to the i7+, like "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom."
